…and I JUST bought 99% exactly the same dress (I can’t SEE any difference) for $24.99 at Target. I was actually angry with myself for spending THAT much on a little ‘nonsense dress’!!!

I have a Hierarchy of Low-End stores in my mind. Starting at the bottom, it goes something like THIS: Kmart; Walmart; Target; Fashion-Bug; Cato; Sears; JCPenny; T.J.Maxx & Bon-Ton… Etc., etc., etc.!!!

I LOVE MOST of these Stores!!! I cannot adequately express HOW MUCH I ADORE AMAZON!!! STILL, I would place you smack dab in the MIDDLE of my “low-end” list!!! I’m supposed to be shocked and appalled at the prices offered by RANDOM HOUSE (and trust me, I AM appalled and dismayed) as a WHOLESALER for it’s OWN publications… …AND rely on AMAZON to “Save the Day” (which you DID)!!!

So, really, I just wanted to SAY that I was disappointed & a bit “Underwhelmed”, to find AMAZON selling a dress, that was over-priced at $24.99, for $149.

Do not anticipate many purchases of luxury, unnecessary and/or inordinately priced items at this time! Our fellow citizens remain frightened & angry about meeting the basic needs of their families!

I express my very sincere hope that this is not your intended Selling Style for the next several… …well, anytime really! Consumers have YET to feel any relief from this horrendous economy.
